Hello Jennifer,
as promised i have updated the file with the differences DDR2 vs. DDR3.
I can not promise that it is complete and there might be some minor
errors in, as I only did a quick check on the specs, but I guess the
main things should be listed correctly.
If anybody finds some missing, or wrong please feedback directly to me.

This file does list only the differences, but does not give any
explanation. If somebody is interested in getting detailed explanations,
just contact me and we can arrange some training with some more detailed
slides.
