[SI-LIST] DDR1 and DDR2 package compatibility and pin compatibility

Hi 
 

I need an application in which require to support both DDR1 and DDR2
chips on the board.

 

 

Is there any company has chips which are of package compatible and the
pin compatible for DDR1/DDR2.
