Hi ,

Lit data indicates max allowable current density in solder material < 1 e4
A/sq-cm.

I have a question - is there a temperature based derating factor to take into
account degradation of solder joints/electromigration at room temp vs. 85C vs.
125C operating temperature.

Thanks,
Vijaya
