Darren both products can give you an accurate answer.

Make sure that you have set-up your model ground bounding box correctly 
so that the etch on both the cpw layer and the ground layer connect to 
it. The usual problem is the opposite: where plane layers inadvertently 
get connected to the bounding box. You should be able to run a reduced 
accuracy model in much less time in order to get a sanity check.
