[SI-LIST] Better choice for AC Coulplilng(calrification)

Hi.
typically LVPECL to LVPECL interface (or others)using AC coupling as follows :
There are pullup/pulldown resistors not illustrated. 
The first diagram use one capacitor and the second diagram use two capacitors 
to coupling
the interface.
I wann'a to know which one is better?
What's the priority for each case?
