Hi,
How is the bandwidth of a switching regulator defined and determined? And what
is the relationship b/n the switching frequency and bandwidth of the regulator?
Also we often talk about the response time of the switching regulator in
relation to the calculations of output caps. Is the response time equivalent to
the reciprocal of the switching frequency? Or is it equivalent to the reciprocal
of the bandwidth of the regulator? In other words, how do i determine the
response time of a particular switching regulator?
Experts comments will be greatly appreciated.
