Fluent Inc. is looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our 
world-class electronics industry team.  This opportunity is specifically 
in the area of package signal integrity, and will involve technical 
support and marketing of our growing suite of signal integrity and EM 
products (www.icepak.com/prod/icemax).

Job Description:

-       Keep abreast of the latest developments in package signal integrity 
modeling and design.
-       Translate industry needs into software product specifications.
-       Assist in product management and development of state-of-the-art SI 
tools.
-       Market our services to the IC packaging industry through published 
articles and presentations at industry conferences.
-       Assist in preparing and conducting customer training seminars 
(standard in-house, at customer site, advanced courses, UGM courses, etc.)
-       Participate in sales activities by solving sample problems and 
supporting trials.
-       Assist in the testing of new releases of our software products by 
collecting relevant industrial test cases from customers and running 
them and logging any defects found with the development team.

Requirements:

-       M.S. or Ph.D. in EE or other relevant fields with 2+ years of 
experience in the semiconductor EDA industry.
-       Familiar with critical signal integrity issues in interconnect designs.
-       Experience in the development and use of extraction tools and SPICE 
tools for interconnect modeling.
-       Candidates will be required to demonstrate a business inclination, the 
ability to work effectively in a team, and a willingness to accept new 
challenges and responsibilities within our rapidly growing organization.
