LTSpice user group on Yahoo Groups is a great resource for analog
simulation - and there's some great design expertise there too. Helmut
and "analogspiceman" are especially knowledgeable and helpful. The
author of LTSpice, Mike Englehardt seems to check in fairly often as
well. The forum generates quite a bit of traffic and there is very
little off-topic stuff.

Or the sci.electronics.design newsgroup. You will have to ignore
tons of off-topic political and any sort of talk, pretty moronic
at moments, but there is expertise there. Some is also to
be found at comp.arch.embedded - a lot less mad traffic but
also fewer analog people there (yet some really good ones).
