Or the sci.electronics.design newsgroup. You will have to ignore
tons of off-topic political and any sort of talk, pretty moronic
at moments, but there is expertise there. Some is also to
be found at comp.arch.embedded - a lot less mad traffic but
also fewer analog people there (yet some really good ones).
