He also mentioned a bunch of cities on the edges of the country where in his
opinion the National shouldn't be. The obvious point (I assume) being that
he thought it should be somewhat central, although as I remember he didn't
specifically take a position either for or against staying at the same site
every year. I did sense a possible leaning in that direction, but that's my
interpretation, no more, no less. A single site would be my choice and no, I
don't know where that perfect place is located.
