I live outside of Kansas City MO and we have several very good breeder vets as
well. So I think they are out there, BUT, what Katie is saying is correct.
One of my vets wives (who works with him in the clinic) is also a Corgi
exhibitor. She goes with her husband to vet meetings and the general attitude
is to spay/neuter everything.
The key is to encourage buyers to go to knowlegable vets, if they live close
enough, they usually use my vet, if not, I try and find them a good one.

Maybe this is a Texas thing! Brad has been my Vet for 20 years and 5
generations of breedings. He understands all that I have put into each and
every pup for sure. He has always promoted Breeders that go the extra mile
for their pups. Of COURSE, he is an Aggie and has 1 other Aggie Vet working
with him..........felt sorry for David the Okie Vet and took him on to boot.
I love the fact that if we get into a pickle, he could have us into A&M
within 24 hours. Darlin' A&M is THE TOP Vet school..........LMAO! Mo
