I thought the same way. Then I tried to find a way to word it, that would
not be open to interpretation. I, as a lawyer, could not do it. As soon
as
you leave a definition as an element of the phrase, you are looking for
trouble. We need specific wording, such as "selling a dog, knowingly it is
for
re-sale". There is no way to twist that to mean anything other than what
it says.
We know what "is" is. Or at least we hope we do.
The reason I suggested that phrase was to hear how it could hurt the club.
So far, no one has come up with anything. I know we have some great minds
on
this List, let me know if I have missed the point?
