They don't have a trial, they have a hearing. Ken presided over setting the
hearing as he should.
In court, if you bring a motion to recuse a judge, that judge decides the
issue. Ken was taken off after he set the hearing as they wanted it done
sooner.
It is set for this Sunday, and in a location and time that Ken can't attend.
With the GSDCA we always set a hearing at the location of the accused, as
does the AKC. I don't know the policy of the WDA.
