Ah, yes...but it is the AKC that continually makes the distinction..............not me. And it would be a moot point.....................except that it is AKC who makes it. AND, as someone has pointed out, AKC has apparently reserved the right (in its by-laws) to have the Board remove other Board members...our by-laws don't address it, so we're told...and RRONR seems to say there are a lot of things that must be done before anyone can be removed.........
