I ALWAYS stand behind my dogs, even if it means I take the dog back and
have to put it down. I want that to be my choice or my choice to try and
treat or correct the issue. I have one right now that I purchased back,
paid the shipping and paid to return the kennel a little over a year ago. I
would not part with that dog for the world now. To date he has his TC and is
champion pointed. This dog is now in his forever home. (I regret that he
ever left).

Just have to stick my oar in the water, here. I get a lot of calls from
people needing to find a home (get rid of) their German Shepherd Dogs.
My routine is this: I tell them to put an ad in the newspaper so they
can evaluate the people wishing to adopt their dog. This is not a
popular answer for many. For some, it is a solution to a problem. At
the same time, I take their phone number so I can get hold of them
should I hear of something.
There are many people in the world who are not willing to handle their
own problems. Unfortunately, a lot of them own a German Shepherd. I
have actually had people say they just don't wish to spend the money on
an ad. I hate them. Doris E
