Here is my suggestion
If this is going to be manadorty then I suggest the actual host club should
have volunteer help from the other clubs in the region and the PC to help
run the extra show.
So many clubs have a limited amount of members who will be working at
possibly 2 large speciality shows and the futurity. Extra help I am sure
would be appreciated and needed as us old times don't hold up as well as
we use to
