What is the problem here?  Why is our business a secret?  What  important 
thoughts or ideas should be kept private? This attitude of secrecy and  this 
approach to not let people know what is going on, is the first problem of  
our club.  Maybe if some non-members could see what the club does, they  
might join. Certainly they won't if they think it is a closed society.
 
Rather than try to limit communication from board members, it should be  
encouraged.
 
Now there is a different approach!
