Margy, I think you're tilting at a big fat windmill. i.e., back in December
I requested an AOL disk that I was assured would fix my problems and was
absolutely assured it would arrive in about five to six days. I WAS
DUMFOUNDED
when that sucker showed up in my mail today--but it doesn't work to fix
squat! Those poor folks skipped their preliminary math class and never found
out
about the 30 days to a MONTH and then it goes on to 60 days in two months,
etc.LOL
They've managed somehow to delete my address book to say nothing of my
Security program and they've no idea what happened or how to fix it even if the
poor souls could speak an English I might be able to understand
Perhaps others are not experiencing such problems but I would expect that if
thousands are having trouble we ought to haul our stocks out of AOL before
morning. Isn't Big Daddy Time Warner? Now THAT'S a really big WOOPS! Glad
all my stocks are tied up in the Edsel Car Company.
