So I guess as members we should DEMAND FULL DISCLOSURE OF THE RECORDS OF
THE CLOSE MEETING. and WHO VOTED AND HOW.

Well, unless you are no longer a member of the GSDCA, you too are being
sued. We the membership are the GSDCA which is the defendant in the
suit. It
does affect us all.
