I agree. Julie. I, too , hope that we can hear another side of this story, if there is one. This is a GSD Rescue and I know that we have all (hopefully) donated money to Rescues and to those who support rescues, and expect that money to be used in the wisely. So, in a sense, we are part of the rescue to which our donations go. As far as utilizing donations to save a very savable dog, it depends on the damage to the dog and the quality and length of the remaining life, imo.
