You can give US savings bonds. Gift certificates that can't be turned into cash
. Obvisouly the guy who wrote that rule didn't have kids. :0)
I still say give them and Ipad. Can be used in school kids love them.

Straight from the Jrs rules and regs- doesn't say anything about cash
prizes.
Actually, it does - and in a very straight forward manner. Read Section
13 of the same Juniors Rules & Regs. "No money prizes shall be offered."
