Yes it does, I failed to read further and it does say that no cash prizes
can be awarded. However, savings bonds is okay. Gift cards and
certificates are okay. I think for the amount that Evan is thinking the
savings bonds would be the way to go. I don't understand why a check is any
different then a gift card.

Straight from the Jrs rules and regs- doesn't say anything about cash
rizes.
ctually, it does - and in a very straight forward manner. Read Section
3 of the same Juniors Rules & Regs. "No money prizes shall be offered."
