[ SHOWGSD-L ] raw for moms

I have a litter that was 3 weeks old on May 16th, I am feeding mom 4 times a
day right now. She gets vegie mix plus 1 cup of kibble ( I know you are not
supposed to mix them but she does well with this), lunch is mostly meat, chunks
of beef, tripe, chicken, fish etc, whatever I have out at the time, different
each day, supper is her chicken necks and backs, snack at bedtime is usually
hamburger/tripe with cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.
She is holding her weight well and still seems to be ready to eat at any time
LOL. pups are growing well and active. I will start them on raw probably next
week, they are already looking for something when I feed mom.
My Cavalier litters for the last 7 years have been raised on raw and I feel
they have been the strongest healthy litters that I have had.
