I know you tested for giardia, but did your vet do the test? Of so, you might want to do another test and sent it to the lab. I can't remember the specific one. One of my dogs tested negative for worms, cocchidia, giardia. It went on for months and I had him tested again. Then my vet told me about another test that had to be sent away, I believe it was around $150 - however this one came back that this dog in fact did have giardia. After medication for the giardia, he was fine ever since. You might even want to just treat your dog for giardia and see if it works. Then you don't have to do the expensive test too.
