A long time ago I had a Linnloch Brigadier daughter (boy, that sure dates me). I bred her to a nice champion male, and she became extremely pregnant!!! She was really huge. She whelped a litter of 13, 11 of whom were dead. These were big, robust looking puppies, and I was shocked to lose them, as they looked so very healthy. There was absolutely no sign of life in the 11, and the two that lived didn't really seem to thrive for a couple of days. Looking back, I am thinking this might be the cause.
