Kathy: A nice story and great post. I had an experience a couple of years ago that was really great. The day after i judged a specialty in Mass., the hospitality chairperson took me to a farm where she said they would be working some sheep. When we arrived i saw some sheep about a hundred yards down the slope behind the farmhouse with a beautiful moving shepherd bitch working them.Even from a distance she was spectacular and was great at herding. I watched for about 15 minutes before the owner put the bitch away and started a male shepherd working the sheep. He was not quite as good at herding as the bitch but did a nice job with them. It turns out that the bitch was the Canadian GV from the year b4 and the male waas Dallas. Bud ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2005.
