Luckily, I have a whole-house generator that uses (???) Iâm not sure â but
it turns itself on once a week just so I will know it is working; and besides,
here in West Virginia, everyone (but me) burns wood in a wood stove, so I
donât think there will be any brown-outs of electric -

I don't want to jinx anyone. BUT have you had any brown outs of power supply?
It seems that there would be a huge drag on the electric grid. Another worry
would be the pollution from the wood and oil burning heaters. I guess if you
are not outside for more than 5 minutes at a time it won't kill you.

This weather blows. No one is having mail because fingers are frozen.
Time to plan a yearly escape to Puerto Rico.
Jeff Pyle went there on vacation and its stuck now because flights are not
able to leave, they cant land in the mainland......But...I cant think of a
million things worse than being stuck in PUERTO RICO in the winter... lol
