I use Pay Pal, and love it. But my needs are not emergency needs like that
of some rescues can be at some point. That's why I suggested a checking
account with a check card. Instant access to money. Don't have to wait for a
transfer from Pay Pal. Sometimes there just isn't enough time. And with a
check
card that is either Visa or Master Card things like transportation etcetera
are a lot easier to pay for.
