Isn't there already a rule about your question below?? So how come, when
this does happen NO ONE does anything??
last year at a Canadian futurity the judge was a handler who not only
handled for the owner, but lived on the same property as the dog he put
up...
what happened there?? Lots of people complained, but the people who could do
anything, did nothing..
This is the kind of stuff that causes people to leave the sport -when this
kind of stuff happens (why make rules if they aren't going to be enforced)

You see, there are problems, and like you, I feel there are rules that just
need to be enforced.
First, and before the torches are lit, lets find out what the rules are for
handlers and judges at futurities, it could be they are different. AND lets
find out if there are statute of limitations regarding complains.
If these situations are happening, without any reprisals, and people
continue showing to these judges, then Fred is right, they are a bunch of
morons.
So, who is the chairman of the Canadian club ethic committees? I assume
they have one.
And, who is the chairman of the GSDCA ethic committee?
And what is the protocol to place a complaint?
Is it as simple as showing official show results? You would think that will
suffice.
But, more importantly, are you willing to take on this task?
It can be intimidating to be the "bad guy" and get ostracized for doing the
right thing. In the corporate world these people are called whistle blowers,
publicly no one likes them and privately everyone is grateful they are there.
