Hi Morgan: I don't always carry an EPI kit, but I do carry the new quick 
dissolve Benadryl strips.
They are 25mg each (10 strips per package) and are placed right on the tongue. 
A second strip can be placed on the tongue (if needed), after the first one 
dissolves. The come in a convenient 2" x 3"
plastic case that fits into any shirt pocket.
It's also excellent for people when there's no water around.
