We always give goat's milk, fresh if we can get it.  If they're  
newborn and there are lots of pups, I tube-feed it to them.  (I know  
that tube-feeding doesn't work for everyone; it does for me.)  Later  
we spoon feed it to them with raw hamburger--they devour that.  And at  
4+ weeks, it can be mixed with whatever food you choose to use.
