[ SHOWGSD-L ] ear question

I have a beautiful 5mo old pup that shakes her head till her ears fall !
What is going on, I have glued which is all I can do since she gets the rollers
and tape off like it is life or death to her and I can't keep gluing them. She
just hates air in her ears and it's driving me nuts. Any suggestions are
