Amazing how the same topics come up on different lists...the big
Cavalier list just had this discussion last week!
No, acorns are not toxic...but they can kill a dog anyway by causing
blockages. Most of us with oak trees are having the same problem, and
so, for once, I'm not chasing the squirrels away. My neighbors think
I'm nuts, out every day picking up all the acorns I can find and
throwing them over the fence for the squirrels and away from the dogs.
Prayers going out (and up) from here every day and every night, too.
