Doris has hit the nail right smack on the head.
I do not vote on herding judges, how could I not knowing who they are, or
what their reputation as a qualified judge might be. We need to work on
this.

As long as all the members of the GSDCA vote on all the venues, we will
have problems. For myself, I do not vote in categories in which I do
not participate. This seems logical to me: Why should I choose Obedience
judges when I no longer exhibit in Obedience? If the ones knowledgeable
in each venue concentrated on that, we would not be arguing the virtues
and faults of the judging.
I might add, I do not know how to implement this suggestion.<G> Doris E
