A good time to do this would be when people pick up their packets (catalot,
dinner tickets, red book etc.). Have someone personally hand them information
and explain it to them. The ideal way to market is face-to-face...

Marketing requires more than flyers on a wall -- people are busy. They are
rapped up in their own things. They don't necessarily hear what's being
nnounced. Marketing needs to start prior to the event (sometimes months
efore) and during the event and even after the event, so when the event is
eld the next time, it may attract more attendance.
