Sorry Gary, but times have already changed on that. Basically, school age
children cannot attend the National anymore unless they come in Friday night.
Schools now demand that children be in attendance for X number of days. Miss
more and you lose all credit for the semester. You can no longer go in and
get your kids work for a week and take them out of school. Only certain
things constitute an excused absence and a dog show is not one of them. This
started in Texas back in 1984 If we really cared about your people coming to
the
National it would have to be scheduled during the summer, and no one would
agree to that.
I see several families with children at specialty shows. I did not see them
at the National.
