[ SHOWGSD-L ] Worming

What is your schedule for worming adult dogs?
I just did a quick search and it seems that people are worming more
often...every 3-4 months in some cases.
My dogs are all indoor, we live in a rural area so no sidewalk strolls/dog
parks, all mountain hiking, and we live in BC Canada. Is it necessary to
worm them that often?
