[ SHOWGSD-L ] Wondering, Puppies and the National

I had to wonder as I looked at "Clooney" and looked at the Nationals Entry
form, why there is no price break on puppy classes for the National?
It would seem that would certainly help encourage people to enter yes?
A 6-9, 9-12 pays the same as an Open Dog....seems like not much of an
incentive to puppy owners to
enter what can already be a "craps shoot" with a young puppy.
