I think in general, lower fees for puppies and bred by help w/ entries, but
I can't see it making any difference at the National. Let's face it,
most aren't driving, flying is a royal pain and with all of the other expenses,
$15-$17 won't matter.
Truthfully, I've never understood showing a puppy at the national unless it
was in your back yard. MUCH too long of a week for a baby...JMHO.
But in general, I agree, lower fees for certain classes encourage
participation.

form, why there is no price break on puppy classes for the National?
It would seem that would certainly help encourage people to enter yes?
A 6-9, 9-12 pays the same as an Open Dog....seems like not much of an
incentive to puppy owners to
enter what can already be a "craps shoot" with a young puppy.
