Well, it may be just your opinion -- but I learned early on in my life

dogs who have been spayed/neutered for sure. Yo, something is missing!

I don't think neutering makes a difference in anything except fertility. ;-)
The idea that one is going to correct temperament or training issues by
neutering is a load of bs.
Just my opinion. I'm sure your vet will disagree.
