Some good points Kathy, and have often thought 2 per year that they get
head to head along with the nationals (which they pay for themselves) would
be
sufficient with 1 meeting being electronic. Because the WDA meetings
usually occur at the same place as GSDCA meetings, and it is important with
all
the issues that these 2 factions come together.
Have said for years, and Dave F mentioned yesterday again, we do not need
the amount of board members we have. 9 directors instead of 14 would save
this club $20,000-25,000 yearly...big savings.
