When I last judged in Canada it was some sort of rubberized material that looked like grass. It was just great to stand on, and the dogs did as well on it as grass. I suggested the club buy enough for a national and move it each year. I understood the cost would be about the price of sod for one year, and we could use it for a number of years. No one besides me liked the idea. It might be time to try it again. I doubt the cost of storage and moving it each year would be that much. Evan L.
