From my perspective a bonus is just that...a bonus. I have never "built" a
bonus into any bill. Every person or client can afford different things for a
bonus. Some money, some gifts, some dinners and drinks after a show. Every
single one is appreciated. I don't expect or build in bonuses, which make them
more meaningful when they happen.

Right.....I think an expected bonus is waaaayy over the top, and the built
in bonuses....well, don't know how some get away with that. Again a bonus is
a personal choice, and has much to do with how much a handler is
appreciated, or how much the job merited it.
