gotcha..........and i agree........a gesture of appreciation is not
something the handler bills for, the way some are now billing for a
"bonus." The meaning of the bonus was just that...a gesture of
appreciation for a job well done.............there are times when such
gestures are appropriate.........and there is never a time when the
owner should be billed for such a thing.
I used to show hunters and jumpers professionally...and I
appreciated those gestures........nobody would have dared to bill
theowner simply for having done the job well........that was expected,
even on the loony bin candidates we sometimes had to ride.
