I have no problem finding a management organization. That is what all of the
arenas or dog show, (or horse show) locations do. None of the owners run
the facilities.
We could buy the land, build a building, and rent it out, and spend less
than we do every year. We could actually own the property, and make money on
it. Most of the arenas do well, but all we need is to break even.
