I am always careful when I disagree with a lawyer...it is not about Utah or 
California...it is about where the show's location will best suit the club 
members and our dogs in general, ALL THE CLUB MEMBERS...Utah just happens to 
make more sense than Calif. New York NC, Oregon, or Florida...its really 
that simple....Ed
