Man! You just can't win. At one time they talked about sending ballots
earlier, and there was a complaint that people would forget to vote if given
too
much time. Then Lew wanted to suspend the by-laws by having a vote to igore
the ten day requirement, and we complained about that. Then Lew decided not
to have the special Board Meeting, because of the restrictions on a meeting
under the by-laws. And, now there are complaints about his failure to call
the
meeting.
Let's cut Lew a break. He is doing the best he can to find resolutions to
these problems from Hunte to Canada. He is doing what he can with the
limitations called for by the by-laws. I appreciate how hard he is trying and
how
much grief he is drawing away from me.
In the end, it is all about me.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
