Many of us felt this was wrong, against the  by-laws and many other reasons. 
If we had a special board meeting and it  was indeed voted to redo the 
election  we would be in an even bigger  mess today than we already are.



Not mentioned is that if you call a special board meeting you have to  
publish the subject, and then nothing else may be discussed.  It is in the  
by-laws. 
They are not that complicated and are very easy to read.
