We know how the board voted, to a person. It no longer matter why they voted
they way they did. Most who voted yes will likely be voted out of the board
when the time comes. The anger expressed here makes it very likely that no
words of defense from a yes voter would change the minds of many on this list.
I no longer care why they voted yes, I only care how they will vote next week
during the special meeting.
I do think that it is in our best interest to keep our feelings on the list,
so that all the board knows how we are feeling and that we do not want Hunte to
remain a member.
I also hope that our displeasure will result in a fast a change in the by
laws as it reasonable. It must be done correctly, but quickly. Before renewal
at the end of the year.

But I do agree with Vivian. While I do strongly believe they have an
obligation to explain their action as directors, they are NOT obligated to take
the
abuse that many feel is their God given right to dish.
The art of having a discussion and disagreeing amicably needs to be mastered
by many. It is a matter of respect.
And Respect goes both ways.
