Barbara is exactly right here. Without actually looking it
up, I believe it is true across all the various WS/wGSD
Standards that the "ideal" color is a true, clear white.
However, most of us also realize that there are far more
important things to worry about, not the least of which
are good temperament, health and longevity and sound
structure and movement, so our Standards wisely count
those things above mere color alone.
Ruh-Ro... Are we starting to see eye to eye???? ;)
